Oral presentation at the ESTRO36 pre-meeting course by Prof. Catharine West PhD.

ESTRO 36 will take place 5-9 May 2017 in Vienna, Austria. ESTRO, the European SocieTy for Radiotherapy & Oncology, is a non-profit and scientific organisation that fosters the role of Radiation Oncology in order to improve patients’ care in the multimodality treatment of cancer.

In the clinical pre-meeting course: "PATIENT REPORTED OUTCOME MEASURES (PROMS) IN RADIOTHERAPY RESEARCH AND CLINICAL PRACTICE", Professor Catharine West PhD gave an oral presentation about the implementation of PROM in research and clinical practice in different cancer sites in the REQUITE study (radiogenomics).

The aim of the course was to provide an overview of the current and potential future roles of PROMs in radiotherapy research and routine care settings.
